Why 108?
108 is a threshold number.
It represents completion so complete that something new is born naturally.
In many Eastern systems:
1 = source / unity
0 = the void / silence
8 = infinity / living life force
Together: source dissolves into the void and re-emerges as embodied life.
108 is also a devotional number.
It is used in malas, chants, and mantras because repetition becomes rhythm and rhythm carries the body forward.
Presence deepens, identity settles and truth becomes lived.
From a nervous system perspective, 90–120 days is where identity reorganizes.
A new baseline stabilizes.
A lived way of being takes form.
This is internal alchemy lived as a daily practice.

The Practice
For 108 days, I'm going live on YouTube.
Each day is a live internal alchemy session — sometimes physical practice, sometimes breath, sometimes neurogenic tremors, sometimes spinal work — followed in real time by anyone who wants to move energy alongside me.
The body is the technology God uses to communicate with us:
-When the nervous system is regulated from fear, you automatically rearrange the field and the life around you.
-When the fascia is hydrated and mobile, energy moves through it and you access God consciousness directly.
T-hrough the breath, the spirit of oxygen is healing the cells in real time.
-Through neurogenic tremors, the body drops into the frequency state where matter becomes vibration and the organism naturally releases what is not God.
-When the spine is alive, God's supernatural intelligence flows through you and life force runs abundantly.
When all of it is open, connected, and turned on, God is literally experiencing life through you — and you become your living destiny with God, your unique path evolving in real time.

About Sara Marie
Sara Marie's life and work are a living transmission of the body as the technology of God. The body as the channel, the conduit, the place where life force becomes lived experience.
She guides women through internal alchemy — the practice of generating, moving, and directing energy through the human body, the very technology God uses to communicate with us.
Through somatic work, spinal practice, fascia rehydration, breath, neurogenic tremors, and nervous system regulation, Sara Marie works directly with the physical structure through which we receive, generate, move, and direct energy. Her clients come home to their bodies, turn the technology back on, and begin living as the conduit God designed them to be.
Her path is rooted in lived experience. For years she carried disconnection, silence, and survival patterns until her body started speaking clearly and she began to listen. Layer by layer the system came back online. The fascia hydrated, the spine came alive, the nervous system regulated. From this lived process, her work was born — and continues to move through her body every day.
Sara Marie carries over 25 years of experience in business, leadership, and transformation, from corporate strategy to healing arts, retreats, energetics, and embodiment. This rare fusion allows her to guide with both precision and presence, holding women in the depth of somatic awakening while also supporting them to live as their full expression in every area of life: relationships, creativity, health, wealth, and purpose.
