Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Living With The Spirit. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Living With The Spirit Co., Ltd. ("us," "we," "our") regarding your access to and use of our programs, courses, retreats, and all related platforms and materials.

By engaging with our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which encompass all our offerings including retreats, mentorship, online courses, the Internal Alchemy Certification Training, the Wellspring membership, and all related digital content and materials.

All Internal Alchemy methodology, content, and materials are the intellectual property of Somatic OÜ.

Our Philosophy

Living With The Spirit offers holistic, non-invasive services grounded in somatics, nervous system regulation, breathwork, fascial work, energy awareness, and embodied practice through the Internal Alchemy system. Everything we share is an invitation, not an instruction.

You are always encouraged to speak up, ask questions, and follow what feels right for you.

By entering this agreement, you confirm that you understand we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, that our work complements but does not replace any medical or psychological care you may be receiving, and that you are responsible for your own healing, choices, and participation.

Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to all offerings by Living With The Spirit Co., Ltd., including consultations in person and online, online classes, group programs, and digital content, events and retreats, and trainings and certification programs.

Wellspring Membership

Access to the Wellspring membership library is granted from your date of enrollment in accordance with your selected pricing tier.

For the 6-month and 12-month access tiers, your membership expires at the end of your selected period. Access will not continue beyond that date unless you choose to enroll in a new 6-month or 12-month term. No automatic renewal applies to these tiers.

For the monthly subscription tier, your membership renews automatically each month and will continue to do so until you choose to cancel.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@livingwiththespirit.com.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and your access will remain active until that date.
No refunds or partial refunds are issued for any unused time within a billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for any tier under any circumstances.

All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed. Live content, group replays, and session recordings may be updated or rotated periodically to maintain the integrity and relevance of the library.

Sessions and Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Please arrive on time, if you are late, we may not be able to extend your session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged in full.
No refunds are offered for any of our services or programs.
Missed or cancelled group classes are not transferable or refundable.

Transfers and Postponements

If you are unable to attend a retreat or one-on-one mentorship program, we can transfer your participation to a future date subject to availability and within the allowed timeframe. Transfers must be used within 12 months from the original start date.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Transfers are for the same offering only and cannot be switched to a different program or service unless agreed upon in writing. Once transferred, the new dates are considered confirmed and cannot be transferred again. If you do not attend the rescheduled date, your participation will be forfeited without refund or further transfer. In the case of illness or emergency, we will do our best to accommodate your situation within reason.

Training and Certification Policy

All training programs including the Internal Alchemy Certification Training must be completed within 12 months of the start date. After 12 months, if the training is not completed, you will need to re-enroll and pay 50% of the original training fee.
Any additional private sessions beyond what is included in the training package will be charged at a discounted rate of $150 USD per session. During your training, you may offer practice sessions but you may not charge for them. If you facilitate practice sessions, you must clearly state to the participant that you are in training.

Digital Access and Online Materials

Access to course materials is granted for the period specified at enrollment unless otherwise stated. Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Confidentiality

All personal and session-related information you share with us is held in strict confidentiality.
We will never share your information without your explicit written consent.

Consent and Responsibility

You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and outcomes. By entering this agreement, you confirm your understanding that detoxification and emotional release may occur as part of the process, that you are responsible for checking with your healthcare provider before changing any medical or psychological treatments, and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Participant Conduct

We are committed to creating spaces that are safe, respectful, and conducive to genuine practice. By participating in our sessions, groups, or retreats, you agree to respect all facilitators and fellow participants, maintain confidentiality regarding what others share, take responsibility for your own experience and responses, and refrain from offering unsolicited advice or facilitation to others. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or group if their behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the space. No refunds will be given in such cases.

Payment Plans and Failed Payments

If you are on a payment plan, payments are due on the dates agreed upon at registration.
If one payment is missed without communication, we will cancel the plan and revoke access to the program or service. If you need to adjust your payment schedule, please contact us in advance.

Contact Between Sessions and Emergency Policy

Questions and shares are welcome inside designated group spaces or during sessions.
We do not offer emergency or crisis support.
If you are in a mental or physical health emergency, please contact your local health services or emergency hotline. We do not guarantee real-time responses to private messages outside of scheduled sessions.

Legal Notice

By participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of holistic, somatic, and embodiment work.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Living With The Spirit Co., Ltd. and its facilitators from liability for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes arising from your participation.
You understand this work is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and you engage with full personal responsibility.
All Internal Alchemy intellectual property is owned by Somatic OÜ and is protected accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, practices, materials, and program content associated with Internal Alchemy remain the intellectual property of Somatic OÜ. Recording, reproducing, or sharing sessions or materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
