This live masterclass offers an introduction to Internal Alchemy, a body-based modality developed in close relationship with TRE®.

Internal Alchemy works with tremors, fascia, breath, nervous system states, and energetic regulation as one integrated process. The focus is on refining perception and learning how the body naturally organizes, releases, and restores itself when the right conditions are present.

This class is experiential. You’ll be guided to feel how the work organizes in your own body, and how it relates to — and differs from — TRE® in practice.

This masterclass is open to both new and experienced practitioners who are curious to deepen their embodiment and understanding of the work before the upcoming Internal Alchemy training cohort.
