I know this path because I’ve walked it myself.

For years, I carried survival patterns that kept me away from my body and truth. When I stepped into the fire of truth, everything began to shift and releasing what was false, awakening my life force, and remembering that love is the greatest power.


From this journey, Phoenix Rising was born.

Sara Marie carries over 25 years of experience in business, leadership, and transformation , from corporate strategy to healing arts, retreats, energetics, and embodiment. This rare fusion allows her to guide with both precision and presence, holding women in the depth of somatic awakening while also empowering them to expand into freedom in every area of life: relationships, creativity, health, wealth, and purpose.
