I know this path because I walked it myself.
For years, I lived in survival patterns. My body was numb, my nervous system frozen, my mind filled with fear and control.
I abandoned my feminine essence, hiding behind a shield of overdoing and striving.
Through what I now call Phoenix Rising, I came back to life.
I stepped into the fire of truth and allowed it to burn away what was false.
I rose again, this time softer, stronger, more alive than ever before.
I remembered that I am creation itself.
And now, I hold this remembrance for other women ready to rise.

About Sara Marie
Sara Marie’s life and work are a living transmission of freedom. Freedom to feel, freedom to move, freedom to remember the truth of who we are. She guides women through Phoenix Rising, her whole-system path of feminine awakening, where the body becomes the vessel of truth, power, and divine guidance.
Through somatic healing, energy mastery, and the remembrance of love as the greatest power, Sara Marie walks women through the fire of truth and releasing what is false, dissolving survival patterns, and awakening the life force within. Her clients come home to their bodies, reclaim their creative essence, and rise into sovereignty as both fully human and fully divine.
Her path is rooted in lived experience. For years she carried disconnection, silence, and survival patterns until she entered her own fire of truth. Layer by layer she shed what was not hers, remembered that the divine is within, and rose into her essence. From this journey, Phoenix Rising was born as a lived process that continues to move through her body every day.
Sara Marie carries over 25 years of experience in business, leadership, and transformation , from corporate strategy to healing arts, retreats, energetics, and embodiment. This rare fusion allows her to guide with both precision and presence, holding women in the depth of somatic awakening while also empowering them to expand into freedom in every area of life: relationships, creativity, health, wealth, and purpose.
