There is a moment when your hands rest on your own body and something quiet begins to move.

You might feel warmth gathering in the palms, or a softening in the chest that arrives before you have any words for it.

Reiki Level 1 is where you learn to trust that moment, and to stay with it long enough for your system to recognize what it already knows.

Over 2 days together online, I'll guide you into the roots of Reiki, from the story of Mikao Usui and the 5 principles to the lineage you'll be stepping into.

You'll receive your Level 1 attunement from wherever you are, in a quiet space you have prepared for yourself, with time afterwards to rest and notice what moves through you.

Distance has never been a barrier for this work, and many people find that receiving it in their own home lets them settle more deeply into what arrives.

From there we turn towards practice.

You'll learn the hand positions for treating yourself, along with Hatsurei-ho, a simple daily clearing practice that becomes part of your ordinary days.

We'll explore the chakras and the body's energy centers through direct experience, so each one becomes something you can feel.

Much of the second day is spent in your own practice, moving slowly through the self-treatment with my guidance, this is where the positions settle into your hands and the sensing becomes familiar, so the work begins to feel like your own.

The group is kept to 6 people, because each attunement deserves full attention and each person deserves to be seen, even through a screen.

After the training, your 21 days of self-treatment begin, and the integration keeps unfolding long after we've closed the circle. At the end of the second day your certificate is sent to you, with your name written into a documented lineage that runs from Usui to you.
