Life moves us away from ourselves at times, and the truth of who we are can feel far away. The Remembrance is here for those moments. Seven guided transmissions on the energetics of life take you through the seven gateways of the soul, Truth, Knowing, Expression, Abundance, Power, Creation and Sovereignty, so the body can remember what the soul already knows.

Each transmission reminds, reprograms and restores. You return to it when you forget, when you are ready to transform, or whenever you want to come home to yourself. The remembering happens in the body, and it deepens every time you return.

The Seven Gateways

  • 1 · Truth. The truth arrives in the present moment. We meet your truth, their truth and universal truth, and let the fire burn what is false. guided transmissions, one for each gateway of the soul.

  • 2 · Knowing. The knowing is a state inside. We see through the illusions of lack, comparison and fear, and remember the feeling of being limitless., spirals along the spine, pulsations and the elements, so energy can move freely through your body.

  • 3 · Expression. What is unexpressed is carried in the body. Through water, wood, fire, earth and metal, the body expresses and the remembrance becomes embodied.

  • 4 · Abundance. There is enough for everyone. The heart expands, holds the storms and the beauty alike, and turns negativity into creativity and life force.

  • 5 · Power. True power is personal power. The fire of the solar plexus and the full body yes and no become your navigation.

  • 6 · Creation. Creation is a relationship with life. Alchemy clears the way, so creative energy, sexual energy and kundalini flow out to every cell.

  • 7 · Sovereignty. Safety remembered at the root lights up the whole body and builds your inner authority.

THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE IS ALWAYS THERE

Life brings fear, doubt, lack and old imprints, and the mind can take them for the truth. The remembering lives in the body, and the body remembers through practice, returning again and again until the knowing settles as a feeling inside. Each time you come back to a gateway, you build the capacity to hold more of who you are.

Move through the seven gateways in order, one a day for a week or one a week for seven weeks. Return to a single gateway whenever life asks for it: Truth when things feel unclear, Power when you are giving yourself away, Sovereignty when you need to feel safe. Each gateway stands on its own, and together they build on each other.

About Sara

I am Sara Marie, an alchemist and energetic architect based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I explore how being human works, through the body, the emotions, the mind and energy. Everything I share, I have felt, tested and lived through my own body.

Burnout, health issues and emotional collapse brought me back to my body, and my body became the doorway into everything I do today. For nearly a decade, Simba and I have run Living with the Spirit, our live-in retreat center in Chiang Mai, walking beside people from all over the world and practicing everything in our own lives first.

The seven gateways of the soul run through all of my work, from the Alchemy Mastermind to The Sensational Body. The Remembrance brings them together as a practice you can return to whenever you need it. Truth and love are the sources I work from, and they guide every transmission.
