Wherever you begin, your body is ready to meet you there. Some women arrive feeling far from their body, some feel a lot and want to understand it, and some have practiced for years and sense a deeper layer waiting. The path is the same for all of us. We start with sensation, with what you can feel right now, and each session opens a little more. You move at your own pace, live or with the recordings, and your body leads.

This is how I came into this work myself. Burnout, health issues and emotional collapse brought me back to my body, and my body became the doorway into everything I do today.

About Sara

Sara Marie is an alchemist and energetic architect based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her work comes from the inside out — she uses her own life as the living experiment, and that is where she teaches from.

What she shares is what she has felt, tested, and understood through her own body and her own experience. She is walking the path alongside everyone she works with, and that shared direction — toward absolute freedom, toward moving freely through the world — is what creates the field.

Her work spans the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. She reads what is happening in real time and alchemizes it there. She is not here to tell anyone what to do or show them how to be like her. She brings principles — the ones that have set her free — and gives people the tools to find their own way through.

A decade of running a live-in retreat center, daily practice, and the ongoing reality of living this work fully is what she brings into every container she holds.
