THE ALCHEMY & ENERGY JOURNEY
Every session inside the Alchemy Mastermind is an energetic transmission. I break down the foundational energetics of life, the universal laws that hold everything in balance, and show how they play out in your challenges, your relationships and your reality. As universal truth meets your belief system and the way you operate, your own truth begins to expand and unfold alongside it, and what felt stuck begins to move.
Insight opens the door, and embodiment carries you through it. Together we go into the skill of alchemy: moving energy, alchemizing what has been held from the past, and using what is alive right now as fuel for the journey forward. The group holds this work with shared intention, and when the body knows it can alchemize anything, life opens in ways you can only imagine from where you stand today.
THE THREE LAYERS OF THE WORK
My work moves through three layers. The Mastermind is home to all three, and each one has a deeper door for when you are ready to go further.
Layer One · The Energetics of Life
This is the heart of the Mastermind. Everything in the universe is energy, and everything moves toward balance. Here we go into how that balance works in practice: your personal truth and its connection to universal truth, truth and love as the governing forces of life, and challenges as the exact resources life brings to guide you toward what you are here to create. Every teaching is shared from a non-personal view, so you can see the mechanics we all share and apply them directly to your own life.
Layer Two · Internal Alchemy and Life Force
Energy lives in the body. This layer is the practice of feeling, tracking and alchemizing stagnation, so life force can flow freely through the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. We work through breath, fascia, the spine, neurogenic tremors and the nervous system, building the grounding that lets you hold everything that moves.During your time in the Mastermind you have full access to The Wellspring, our library of Internal Alchemy workshops and practices.

Layer Three · Reading Energy in Real Time
This is my deepest skill. I read the energy inside patterns and behaviors as they happen, and I can see where something is unprocessed, unexpressed, frozen or hiding. Everything we carry shows up in how we express ourselves, how we move through the world and how our relationships play out, so with the right eyes it all becomes visible. From there, I trace it to the root and we liberate it.How I work:
You share the situation or loop honestly, exactly as you experience it.
I read what is held: unprocessed, unexpressed, frozen or hiding.
I trace the hooks to the root, whether that is an event, an imprint, a belief or an identity from a timeline you have already left.
I map where it lives in the body, through the emotions, the organs, the fascia and the belief systems.
Through alchemy, the body releases it into creativity and life force.
I bring in universal truth and new perspective, so the whole situation can reorganize in your favor.
The life force that was caught in the loop is directed toward what you are here to create.
You learn the principle, so you can apply it on your own.

About Sara
Sara Marie is an alchemist and energetic architect based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her work comes from the inside out. She uses her own life as the living experiment, and that is where she teaches from.
What she shares is what she has felt, tested and understood through her own body and her own experience. She walks the path alongside everyone she works with, and that shared direction toward absolute freedom, toward moving freely through the world, is what creates the field.
Her work spans the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. She reads what is happening in real time and alchemizes it there. She brings principles, the ones that set her free, and gives people the tools to find their own way through.
A decade of running a live-in retreat center, daily practice, and the ongoing reality of living this work fully is what she brings into every container she holds.
